Minimum Orders and Warehouse Requirements
Minimum order quantities may apply. Requirements vary according to the product, package quantity, case pack, color, size range and warehouse fulfilling the order.
Municipal Equipment Supply must meet applicable manufacturer warehouse minimums to obtain discounted reseller pricing. Different products may sometimes be combined when warehouse and shipping requirements allow.
Deposits and Payment
A 50% deposit is generally required on orders. Government purchase orders and established agency payment arrangements may be considered subject to approval.
The remaining balance and applicable shipping, freight, handling or will-call charges are due according to the terms stated on the accepted quotation or invoice.
Size-Specific Products Are Final Sale
Safety shirts, jackets, rainwear, work boots, protective overshoes, overboots and other size-specific products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
